Payment Options
We invoice for our services every two weeks for the preceding 2-week period and can send the invoice directly to the patient, their family, a trusted advisor or long-term care insurance company.
Our invoices are detailed with the dates and times of service. We’ll also include a daily narrative if desired. This is often required by insurance companies.

Medicare does not cover custodial care. Custodial care is any care that is non-medical in nature such as home care. Medicare only covers skilled (acute) care such as in a Hospital or Nursing Home (depending on your eligibility) and skilled nursing visits prescribed by your physician often following a stay in one of these facilities (and this too has limitations).
