We would all prefer to age in the comfort of our own homes. Our services are designed to provide your loved-one with the independence, dignity and safety that will make this possible and enable them to maintain their quality of life.

Our care services are unique to the individual or family situation. Based on each client’s needs, we provide services from just a few hours a week to full-time care.

You are in control.

Our service schedules are both flexible and non-contractual so you don’t have to commit to a fixed length of time.

Our services are available anytime - during the day, night, weekends, and holidays, or for short or long term duration.

Managed Care

For when you need to budget your care time, for instance in allocating your Long Term Care Medicaid Waiver allowance.

These are typically shorter shifts of about 2 hours that focus on the daily essentials of getting up and showering, or having dinner and going to bed. Not only can Four Seasons Healthcare provide the necessary care, we are particularly adept at managing the targeted service that needs to be delivered within a shorter timeframe.

Respite Care

To be a good caregiver you must also take care of yourself.

Our Respite Care Services can be scheduled as needed to provide a family caregiver time to run errands, go shopping or get some much-needed rest.

Live-In Care

Live-in care is when a caregiver is at the patient’s home 24 hours a day and sleeps for 8 hours per day. The caregiver has his/her own private area in the home to sleep uninterrupted during the night. Typically, 2 caregivers rotate working 3 or 4 days per week. 

Who is it for?

Good candidates for live-in care are patients who perform ADLs independently or with limited assistance, and who sleep through the night.

Patients who wake frequently during the night, need continuous monitoring, or who have dementia are not appropriate for this type of service. 

Live-in service reduces the number of caregivers in contact with the patient compared to 24 Hour Care, and can be more cost efficient.

24-Hour Care

For when continuous on-duty care is needed. 

In our 24-hour care service a team of caregivers, supervised by an RN, coordinate responsibilities in shifts around the clock.

Typically, 3 or more caregivers rotate 8 or 12 hour shifts to ensure the patient’s needs are met at all times.
