Initial Assessment

We will introduce you to our company, services and staff and discuss your loved one's care needs, including care planning process & design, goals for the family, pricing and payment, implementation, follow-up and supervision.

Nursing Assessment

Your RN Supervisor will return to conduct a comprehensive nursing assessment, and throughout your care you will always deal with an RN, who will also carry out a supervisory visit every 60 days, as per the Regulations

Care Plan Design

We'll design your care plan based on the most appropriate type of care and the most effective level of care.

You will get a copy of all the information in a file for you to keep at home.
