Our RNs have run Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Home Care companies, and are supported by Four Seasons Healthcare’s Management.
Richard Koster, BS, MBA, CEO has spent the last 25 years helping run businesses both large and small across a range of industries in both the USA and Europe.
Sophia Shockley, RN, Clinical Director, DE joined the team in 2012 and is Clinical Director for Delaware. Sophia has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years and spent much of her career at The Delaware Psychiatric Center in a range of managerial and supervisory roles. She has also worked as an LPN and CNA.
Bonnie Lawrence, RN, Supervisor. Bonnie has been an RN since 1975. She started her career at Union Hospital in Cecil County, Maryland advancing to team leader on a Medical Surgical floor and then in the ICU. She then worked for the VNA in both Maryland and Delaware. For the past 20 years Bonnie worked for Bayada Home Healthcare providing skilled care to adult patients. She has also worked as a case manager, a clinical educator, and a preceptor.
Ronda Somerville, Director of Non-Clinical Services and Patient Support has substantial experience in Long Term Care with the State, Providers and Insurers. She trained as a CNA and EMT and has been involved in running similar businesses - scheduling, recruiting and training together with administration, claims, billing and other support activities. She has a deep knowledge of the home healthcare sector and the associated regulatory environment.
Lisa Washington, Administrative Assistant has worked in homecare for the past 5 years. She is responsible for all patient and caregiver documentation including screenings and background checks. She also leads our billing and claims activities and supports our scheduling operations.
Lynn Koster, BS, Director of Compliance has a background in businesses both large and small. Her expertise is compliance and operations. She runs our regulatory compliance activities and overseas our policies and procedures.
All supervision is carried out by RN’s with experience of geriatric care, an understanding of aging and a passion for care of the elderly.
